PETER VOULKOS visits Whitewater, Wisconsin I was thinking about Pete Voulkos because I heard that he had been sick. We see each other occasionally and he always reminisces about the time we played guitar together. Clayton was teaching ceramics at Whitewater State University and he invited Pete to come and do a workshop. He stayed at our house and it was like one long party for 3 days. Pete was a pretty good guitarist. I was a beginner. He left a rubber Bat under his pillow.
