LETA RAMOS AND BENITA ROACH -1998

Waercolor on paper

11" x 14"

Benita Roach had been very sick with stomach cancer for a very long time and Leta Ramos, who was recovering from surgery for a tumor on the pituitary gland, visited for the last time. Benita passed away shortly after. They were dear friends for many years. This is probably the second watercolor I attempted.
